Also i must say i love that some of these comics have a lighter tone compared to the ones on your LJ. Don’t get me wrong i love your more analytic works but it’s nice to see something different which this outlet is perfect for.
And thank you very much. I’ll likely be stressing this a lot, but I don’t think these diary things are going to deliver any subtext or deeper meanings. They’re supposed to be concise, and provide immediate catharsis and practice.
I’ll use Pernod Pulaski for all the insular self-reflection, where I can give myself more room to crawl inside my brain. In those types of comics, however, I don’t get to convey the dumb aspects of my personality, so hopefully these will “flesh me out.”
yeahh, they probably wouldn’t have been very good anyhow. This apparent selective hearing is indicative of how much my mind misses the sweet summer of orchard picked peaches I enjoyed.
